Peri Bottles are so easy to use and can make all the difference in your comfort levels after childbirth.

All you need to do is fill it with warm water, hold it upside down while you’re on the toilet, and squeeze the bottle! This will direct a gentle stream of water towards your sensitive areas. Afterwards, simply pat gently or leave to air dry.

Hot tip: start gently squeezing the Peri Bottle BEFORE you begin urinating – this will help take some of the sting away.
